Compliance11 provides on-demand Compliance Software Automation Tools for the financial services industry. Compliance11 enables organizations to reduce their regulatory compliance spend by automating labor intensive tasks and at the same time increase the quality of their supervision. Our Story
Compliance11 was founded in late 2005 because the founders perceived that financial services regulatory compliance was being underserved by the technology community. The existing applications were expensive for the value provided and were built on architectural platforms that were expensive to setup and maintain. Thus, medium and small financial services companies were left with no financially viable compliance software automation tools and large firms either developed systems internally or purchased costly products that required complex implementations and upgrades.
Compliance11 designed its products in partnership with seasoned Chief Compliance Officers at leading financial services firms who had experience with custom and off-the-shelf compliance software. Since ease of use was a key requirement, Compliance11 also partnered with Studio 1440, an award winning design firm, to refine the product's usability.
Compliance11 built its application suite using highly scalable, industry standard technology, secured it using the latest security technology and hosted in with the third largest managed hosting provider. Compliance11 delivers its solution using a pure Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) or on-demand model. Since the SaaS model does not require hardware or software installation and support, little to no IT involvement is necessary. The system can be setup in hours. Brokerage feeds can be operational in days. Features normally requiring integration work like the security master come pre-configured at no extra charge. In the end, the total cost of ownership of our SaaS solution is one-tenth to one-hundredth the cost of packed software solutions.
Compliance11's resulting solution is financially viable for the smallest firm and robust enough for the largest firm.
The Supervisory Suite went live in December 2007. Since then, the application has been upgraded every three months based on feedback from our growing customer base of top compliance professionals. Thanks to the SaaS model, all customers are immediately upgraded with no effort on their part. Thus, customers are not only purchasing current functionality, but purchasing the combined expertise of our customers who are constantly honing the product to conform to the latest regulatory compliance trends.
