Individuals can be placed into groups and limits can be configured for each transaction type within the group.

Route exceptions for review
Gift requests that do not conform to your business rules can be routed to supervisors and/or Compliance for review and approval. Reviewers can be notified via email when a pending gift request needs to be evaluated.

View total gifts by individual or company
Reports can be used to view total gifts by company or total gifts by individual. Drill down can be used to view the transaction detail behind the totals.

Consolidate duplicate entities
If a company or individual is inadvertently added twice, they can be combined into a single entry. All gift transactions are reassigned to the remaining entry

Can I have different limits for different groups of people?

Yes. You can define as many groups of employees as you like. Different limits can be set for each group.

Do I have to approve gift requests?

You can configure your business rules to require manual review of all gift requests or to automatically approve gift requests as long as they do not exceed the limit.

What if a gift recipient accidently gets added to the system twice?

The administrator can combine individuals and companies. To prevent this problem, employees choose companies and individuals from a dropdown list.
